The following list includes the books that I just couldn't stop talking about or thinking about
or in some cases, dreaming about.
They moved me or entertained. Made me laugh or thrilled. Taught me something or fascinated.

We have a couple of overlaps on our lists: Wife, Maid, Mistress and We Are Not Ourselves made my Best Debuts list. I've also heard great things about the Anna Quindlen...my aunt loves her books! I have yet to try her, but would like to.

It's always hard to pick books for the "lists". However, you chose some excellent ones...with some I have not read. I read each review because I just love the way you write! So, I've added Evergreen and The Snow Child, because I haven't read those and am quite curious about them. I've recent enjoyed reading books with a magical/fantasy element to them. Like you, I can't travel. However, books that can transport to another time, place, even new realm, are books I have enjoyed lately. Thanks so much!! xx
